About Aaron Engelbart

Hello! My name is Aaron Engelbart, and I am here to assist you on your journey. I am a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP), born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, who is proud to be serve my community in improving their mental health.

I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2010, specializing in Community Counseling, and the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 2000 majoring in Psychology. I've been passionate about helping others and its pursuance as a career path since the age of 17.

I consider myself, above all, to be a great listener. Together we will work on any areas and issues that you need help with. I will answer yours questions and you can expect me to be both confidential with all you share and transparent in the methods I use. I appreciate both the science and art of Psychology and believe that together we CAN and WILL make things better for you.

UNO – Master of Science in Community Counseling – CACREP approved with a focus on real-world practice – 2010. UNL – Bachelor Of Arts in Psychology – 2000.

Additional Training

Prior to starting ABC I worked at NOVA doing Drug and Alcohol Treatment as well as Mental Health Therapy. I had a 12 year career working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities at DSN before that.
