Nature Therapy

Pairing traditional therapy with the great outdoors! 

I've found spending time outside to be integral and key to my own mental health and well-being. Fresh air, sunlight, nature, and exercise improves overall mental and physical health.

These sessions are weather-permitting and suited to your level of comfort, whether be hiking a trail or sitting on a bench at a park. With nature therapy, you and I visit local sites like Hitchcock, Shramm Park, Neale Woods, Gene Leahy Mall, Fontenelle, and others - or somewhere special to you.
